1 — About Organise

Organise is a Tech for Good startup from the United Kindgom. It's a worker-led network of over a million people who believe that better work is possible. Organise empowers everyone with the tools, support and confidence to improve their life at work. Their worker-led network mixes collective action and digital campaigning techniques to be heard at the highest levels.

2 — The challenge

Sean, the Product Team Lead at Organise, reached out to accelerate their development following a recent round of funding. Having collaborated with Sean in the past, he knew what we are capable of. One of the major challenges was migrating the frontend to NextJS. We provided comprehensive support for both the backend and frontend aspects of this transition, ensuring a smooth and efficient upgrade of the platform.

"Their engineers are professional, skilled and personable, and slot into the team really well. The quality of the work is always high and I've found them to be very adaptable and productive."

Sean Hawkridge | Product Team Lead

3 — The solution

A full-stack developer and a frontend developer joined Organise's team to work on new features around notifications and the NextJS migration.

4 — The outcome

The notifications of the platform were greatly improved and the NextJS migration was a complete success. We gained a lot of experience by working with a Tech for Good startup such as Organise, and the team is wonderful to work with.

"Their work was fast and of a high standard and it helped us accelerate growth to support us going out to a Series A investment round."
